Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products, but if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date the parcel is marked as delivered. Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived defective or damaged due to manufacturing fault
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preferences, including perceived size, colour tone, or style.
All product measurements and material details are clearly stated in each product description — please review them carefully before placing your order.
If the return is due to our error (such as a factory defect or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that sale items, worn or washed items, and personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Approved refunds will be issued in the form of a digital gift card, which can be used on future purchases. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 working days.
Second Chance reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a product is considered defective based on our quality control standards.
