Shipping Policy

At Second Chance, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. We currently ship to all locations within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

Delivery Time & Rates

• West Malaysia: RM10 flat rate (2–5 working days)

• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): RM20 flat rate (3–7 working days)

• Free shipping is available for orders over final payable amount of RM200  (after discounts)

We work with trusted local logistics providers for safer and more timely deliveries.

 

Tracking

Tracking details will be sent to your email once your parcel has been dispatched. You may track your order via the courier's website using the tracking number provided.

 

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to sale season, courier service disruptions, weather, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

 

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or repeated unsuccessful attempts may result in additional delivery fees.
